See below a selection of our recent project scopes, demonstrating our proven ability to deliver complex commercial HVAC installations in line with programme, specification and builder requirements.
Ocean Breeze Air was engaged to deliver a complete mechanical services package for the Muswellbrook Racecourse.
The project included the supply and installation of a complete HVAC system comprising a Daikin VRV heat pump condenser, ducted VRV indoor units, cassette and split systems, along with Fantech ventilation fans and kitchen exhaust ductwork. Works also included the installation of grilles, ductwork and copper refrigeration pipework with insulated PVC condensate drainage to tundishes. Additional components included Kilargo fire dampers, CO₂ control integration, a central control system and MSSB, with full commissioning and reporting completed for all systems in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Ocean Breeze Air worked closely with the builder and site teams to ensure all works were delivered in line with the construction programme. Our team carefully coordinated installation sequencing, ensuring all ductwork, pipework and equipment were installed efficiently and without disruption to other trades.
We implemented a structured approach to system integration, ensuring all VRV, split and ventilation systems operated seamlessly under a central control system. Compliance was maintained throughout, with fire dampers, ventilation systems and mechanical services installed in accordance with drawings and Australian Standards.
Ocean Breeze Air was engaged to deliver a large-scale air conditioning upgrade, including the installation of multiple high-capacity systems to improve comfort across learning spaces.
The project involved the decommissioning and removal of existing heaters, followed by the supply and installation of 20 × 8.2kW and 14 × 5.2kW Braemar air conditioning systems. Works also included coordination with electrical contractors, installation in line with Schools Infrastructure requirements and full commissioning of all systems to ensure optimal performance.
Ocean Breeze Air worked closely with the school representatives and electrical contractors to deliver the project in line with programme and Schools Infrastructure requirements. With works carried out in an operational school environment, careful planning and staging were essential to minimise disruption to staff and students.
Ocean Breeze Air delivered a complete HVAC solution for the Maxwell Fitout, working in close coordination with Kingston Building to install a high-performance VRF system and associated ventilation to suit the project requirements.
The project included the installation of two Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems servicing a combination of ducted, cassette and bulkhead indoor units, along with supply air and toilet exhaust ventilation. Works also involved exposed ductwork for fresh air and exhaust systems, wall-mounted controllers, MSSB installation and full commissioning. All documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals, was provided upon completion.
Our team worked closely with Kingston Building to deliver the project in line with programme requirements, ensuring all services were installed efficiently within the fitout environment. Particular attention was given to coordination of exposed services and ductwork to achieve both functional performance and a clean finish.
We ensured all systems were installed and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, with a focus on quality workmanship, compliance and seamless system operation.
Ocean Breeze Air delivered a specialised HVAC solution for the Richmond Water Treatment Plant, designed to operate reliably in high ambient conditions while maintaining consistent airflow and performance within the facility.
The project included the supply and installation of a 24kW Toshiba ducted split system designed for high ambient (50°C) operation, along with custom sheet metal ductwork, filter box, supply and return air grilles and fresh air ducting from the external wall. Works also included insulated PVC condensate drainage to tundish, installation of a wall-mounted controller and provision of full O&M documentation.
Given the operational requirements of a water treatment facility, our team ensured the system was designed and installed to perform in high ambient temperatures while maintaining reliability and efficiency. Careful planning was undertaken to integrate fresh air requirements and ensure correct airflow throughout the space.
All ductwork and components were installed in accordance with project specifications, with a focus on durability, compliance and long-term performance in a demanding environment.
Ocean Breeze Air is currently delivering a comprehensive HVAC solution for St Marys Toukley, working alongside North Construction & Building to install a combination of VRV, multi split and split systems to service multiple classrooms and learning areas.
The project includes the supply and installation of two Daikin VRV heat pump systems servicing multiple wall-mounted indoor units, along with additional multi split and split systems throughout the facility. Works also include ventilation and exhaust systems, MSSB installation, refrigerant pipework with full insulation, power supply connections from isolators, central control integration and motion sensors for each classroom, with full air balancing, commissioning and provision of O&M manuals and as-built documentation.
Our team is working closely with North Construction & Building to deliver the project in line with programme requirements, ensuring all installations are completed efficiently within an active construction environment. Coordination across multiple systems and classrooms has been carefully managed to maintain workflow and minimise delays.
